A New York man accused of raping a teenage girl and providing her with alcohol has been arrested, state police announced Friday, May 22.
Tobias Buchanan, 25, of Kingston, was charged with third-degree rape, sexual misconduct, two counts of child endangerment, and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, New York State Police said.

A Fairfax County deputy sheriff is facing charges after a domestic-related assault in Northern Virginia, police said.
On Friday, Aug. 29, at around 4:43 p.m., officers were called to the 4200 block of Summit Corner Drive in Fair Oaks for a reported domestic incident, according to Fairfax County Police.
