Police say a 28-year-old Boston man brought a loaded, high-capacity 'ghost gun' with a laser sight with him to the Puerto Rican Festival last week.
Marc Serrano, of Dorchester, was arrested near Franklin Park as he left the festival on Saturday, July 30, because he had an outstanding assault and battery warrant, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. A wanted violent fugitive was busted thanks to his weak bladder.
Gerard Burton, 57, of Boston, was arrested just before 2 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, after an officer spotted him urinating on an elevator at MBTA's Ashmont Station in Dorchester, Transit Police said. The officer told him to stop, but Burton kept going until he finished, police said.
