Faith O’Rourke, 20, of North Brookfield, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of manslaughter by motor vehicle, and two counts of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation. Kelly Lynn Weber, 46, of Boyertown, turned herself in on Friday, March 27 following treatment and was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Maurice H. Saylor, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele’s office said.
