Two people were arrested and charged with possessing and distributing cocaine in Passaic County, authorities announced Friday, Feb. 27.
An investigation determined Gregory Thomas Delgado, a 28-year-old Emerson resident and Carlos Enrique Vanegas, a 35-year-old Paterson resident, were involved in the distribution of cocaine in Passaic County and surrounding areas, the Passaic County Sheriff's Office said.
