A deadly shooting in New Haven has left two families grieving after an argument turned violent. Police say two men were gunned down during the confrontation, which investigators believe began as a fight among a group of men.
The shooting between Daiquan Hyman, 26, of East Haven, and Ernest Williams, 32, of New Haven, happened on Monday afternoon, Aug. 25, on Dickerman Street, authorities said.

A Connecticut man who was allegedly suicidal and wanted to be killed by police was taken into custody after fighting and injuring several officers.
The incident occurred in New Haven County in Hamden on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at the Hamden Plaza.
