$52M Scheme: 10 Charged By Feds In Fraud Case Targeting Westchester-Based Company
Ten people have been charged in connection with a massive scheme to defraud a leading cargo airline based in New York of tens of millions of dollars in revenue and the services of its employees, federal authorities announced.
The 10 charged are:

Two women have been charged with prostitution after a multi-agency raid at a massage parlor on Long Island.In response to numerous community complaints, authorities conducted the operation at Lily Spa, located at 649 Commack Road in Commack on Thursday, Jan. 5 at about 2:45 p.m.

Two men are facing charges after a traffic stop in the Capital District led to the discovery of about 400 pounds of cannabis.
Troopers in Saratoga County stopped a vehicle traveling on I-87 in Wilton at about 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, New York State Police reported.
After an investigation, police discovered hundreds of pounds of cannabis in the vehicle, authorities said.

A group of pediatric dentists in New Jersey and New York who were outed by a former worker for conducting medically unnecessary root canals on children agreed to pay more than $750,000 to settle charges against them, authorities in both states announced.
Formerly known as HQRC Management Services LLC, the targeted practice was run by dentist Barry L. Jacobson, most recently of Alpine, NJ, they said.
