The 1-year-old girl who was fatally struck by a pickup truck in Philadelphia on Saturday, July 20 was identified by loved ones on GoFundMe as Madison Morales Salazar. Morales Salazar, her mother, and her 13-year-old sister were all struck on North Front Street at the intersection with Wyoming Avenue around 9 p.m., city police said previously.
