Trio Charged With Murder, 30 Indicted In South Jersey Drug Ring Bust
Thirty people have been indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury as part of a large-scale drug distribution ring from which $2.6 million in cash was seized, authorities.said.
Three of the men named in the indictment are also charged in connection to the fatal February 2019 shooting of Demond Tally in Atlantic City, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.

State Police ID South Jersey Motorcyclist, 24, Killed In Weekend Crash
Authorities have identified a motorcyclist killed in a weekend crash in South Jersey as an Atlantic County resident.
Miguel Lebron, 24, of Galloway Township, was riding a motorcycle north on Shaffer Avenue in Lawrence Township, Cumberland County, about 6:40 a.m. on Saturday when the vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a tree, according to Sgt. First Class Lawrence Peele, a New Jersey State Police spokesman.
Lebron was pronounced dead at the scene, Peele said on Tuesday.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home in Vineland.

An Atlantic County Grand Jury has returned an indictment of aggravated manslaughter against an Absecon man who was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 48 year-old Galloway Township woman last spring, authorities said.

Pedestrian, 74, Struck, Killed In Atlantic County
A 74-year-old pedestrian from Galloway Township was killed when he was struck by a car, authorities said.
Charles Winkler Jr., was walking east in the outside westbound lane of Route 30 near South Balboa Avenue in Galloway when he was hit, police said.
Julianne Johnson, 55, of Hammonton, was driving west on Route 30 about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday when the collision occurred, police said.
Galloway police arrived to find Johnson’s car stopped in the outside lane at the intersection of Columbus Avenue. Officers found Winkler dead in the road.
