Greene County resident Gregory Kurzajczyk, age 76, of East Durham, was found guilty of multiple counts of child pornography possession after a three-day jury trial in Albany federal court Wednesday, Oct. 25. Kurzajczyk was on federal probation for prior child pornography convictions when a routine check of his East Durham home turned up multiple unauthorized computers and devices in February 2022, according to prosecutors. The New York Attorney General’s Office of Special Investigation (OSI) found that a prosecutor would not be able to prove that the three officers, all members of the Catskill Police Department in Greene County, committed a crime in the October 2021 death of Jason Jones. Buried In Crawlspace: Conviction Of Man Who Murdered Rapper In Capital Region Upheld A New York appeals court has upheld the murder conviction of a man who killed an up-and-coming rapper and then hid his body for over a year. Carlos Graham was convicted of second-degree murder and other charges by a Greene County jury in February 2019 in the death of Brandyn Foster, of Catskill. According to police, Foster’s body was found on Feb. 6, 2018, buried in the crawlspace of a Catskill home that Graham shared with Foster’s ex-girlfriend, Sadie Knox.
