A man has been arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses after police say he made derogatory comments to victims about their national origin, showed a gun, and fled from a gas station in Westchester County.
Sean C. Pearson, 57, of Cortlandt, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 16, New York State Police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
Police said the incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. at the Sunoco gas station located at 2148 Albany Post Rd. (Route 9A) in the Town of Cortlandt.
