‘I Shot Him’: 23-Year-Old Man Shot Dead At Close Range; Shooter Arrested: York City Police
An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a York City man, authorities announced on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
Jy’teek Christie, 23, of York City, was identified as the victim by the York County Coroner’s Office.
Police were called to the 200 block of West Jackson Street around 2:29 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, for reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they found Christie lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was rushed to WellSpan York Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:19 a.m., despite life-saving efforts.

Man Gunned Down In Camden: Police
A 29-year-old Camden man was fatally shot on Saturday, Oct 18, authorities said.
At 1:50 p.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Morton Street and found a man, later identified as Bruce Dixon, with gunshot wounds, Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez said.
Dixon was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead soon after, authorities said.
The investigation is active and ongoing, authorities said. No arrests have been made, authorities said.
