Friends are mourning the loss of a 53-year-old mother and wife who died in a motorcycle crash last weekend. Andrea Houlihan, 53, of Sayreville, was a passenger on her husband's Harley Davidson when a vehicle suddenly changed lanes on Route 9 in Old Bridge, bringing traffic to an abrupt halt on Sunday, Aug. 13, as previously reported by Daily Voice. Motorcycle Passenger Killed, Operator Injured In Central Jersey Crash: Police
A 53-year-old motorcycle passenger was killed and its operator seriously hurt when they struck an SUV in Old Bridge, authorities said. The crash took place at about 11 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 13. The passenger on the Harley Davidson, identified as Andrea Houlihan, was pronounced dead at Hackensack Meridian Hospital. Motorcyclist, 50, Killed After Striking Tree In South Jersey: State Police
A 50-year-old motorcyclist from Ocean County was killed in a crash in Burlington County, authorities said. New Jersey State Troopers responded to the crash at 7:36 p.m. Sunday, June 25 on Route 653 eastbound at milepost 0.5 in Bass River, they said. Christopher Golden, of Tuckerton, was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle which ran off the roadway to the left and struck a tree, a State Police spokesman said. As a result of the crash, Golden was ejected and sustained fatal injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
