The driver of a van that crashed on a Route 46 overpass on Wednesday was taken to the hospital in police custody, authorities said. Frankie Harrison, 63, was charged with DWI and careless driving after the 11:45 a.m. June 7 rollover on the westbound highway near the exit ramp for southbound Route 17, Hasbrouck Heights Police Lt. A group of bicycle-riding juveniles were corraled by police after they vandalized a Hasbrouck Heights park, responders said.
