To help residents shake off their winter blues as spring approaches, several beauty businesses in a Westchester city will be holding special offers on self-care services.
The White Plains Business Improvement District will be holding its promotional event "MARCH Into Self-Care" beginning on Friday, March 1, and continuing until Sunday, March 31.

Kayla Clayton, a New Jersey native who relocated to the Washington DC area, died on Oct. 10 at 31 years old.
A cause of death was not listed, however, her obituary on the Lawson Funeral Home website notes that Kayla "fought a good fight."
