Boy, 15, Found After Going Missing From East Fishkill (Update)
New Update: A 15-year-old boy who was reported missing on Sunday, Aug. 24 has been found, police said.
Ricky Guerrero, age 15, was safely located after last being seen in the area of Weitz Road in Hopewell Junction on Sunday morning, East Fishkill Police announced on Monday morning, Aug. 25.
Guerrero was found unharmed, police said.
"We thank the public, our followers, and our partners in law enforcement for their assistance," the department said in its announcement.

A Dutchess County man has been found guilty of driving drunk after allegedly traveling the wrong way up a Taconic Parkway exit ramp and later being found unconscious behind the wheel in Putnam County, prosecutors said.
Nicholas Nappi, age 33, of Hopewell Junction, was convicted of driving while intoxicated following a bench trial on Tuesday, July 8, before Judge Robert Nachamie in Putnam County Court, Putnam District Attorney Robert Tendy announced on Thursday, July 10.

A Hudson Valley man is in trouble after he crashed his vehicle into the woods while drunk, police said.
On Tuesday, Dec. 13, around 11:30 a.m., police in Kent found a vehicle that had left the roadway and crashed into the woods on Horsepound Road at the intersection with Route 52, according to Kent Police.
After making their way to the vehicle, police observed that the driver had an open Coors Light in the cupholder, in addition to bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a "strong odor of alcohol," police said.
