Two people, including a child, were injured during a single-vehicle crash on I-84.
The crash took place around 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 11, on I-84 west near Exit 37, in Farmington, said the Connecticut State Police.
According to police, the crash occurred when a Hyundai Elantra, driven by Marie Naomi, age 21, of New Britain, was traveling westbound on the highway when she lost control of the vehicle, exited the roadway, collided with the metal beam guardrail, and rolled over in the right shoulder, state police said.

A Pennsylvania woman led state police on a high-speed pursuit on Route 80 in Morris County Sunday night, authorities said.
Danielle Trotman, 22, sped off when she was stopped for driving erratically on Route 80 eastbound near milepost 38.4 in Denville Township around 8:20 p.m., NJSP Trooper Alejandro Goez told Daily Voice.
Trotman, who was driving a white Hyundai Elantra, continued to lead troopers on a pursuit, ignoring their lights and sirens, Goez said.

A 44-year-old man has been identified as the person struck and killed while walking along Old Route 6 in Putnam County.
Barrington L. Thompson, of Patterson, was hit about 7:06 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, in the vicinity of Spins Bowl in Carmel by a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, said Carmel Police Lt. John Dearman.
The driver of the vehicle was a 37-year-old man from Stormville, police said.
Thompson was transported to Putnam Hospital Center and then later transferred to Westchester Medical Center due to the severity of his injuries.
