A Washington, DC man was killed after being struck by multiple hit-and-run drivers when he lost control of his motorcycle and went down on a major Maryland roadway, state police said. Police identified the man who died early Wednesday morning, Aug. 17, after a drunk driver collided with him going the wrong way on I-495 in Hopkinton. Samuel B. Eleven people were taken to Maryland hospitals after a massive crash on I-495 in Prince George’s County, officials said. Police closed a portion of the Capital Beltway Tuesday night, May 17, to investigate a serious crash that left one person dead and another seriously injured. Work Starts On Long Island Expressway Projects Totaling Around $100 Million
Work is now underway on projects totaling around $100 million to improve safety and traffic flow on the Long Island Expressway. A Central Massachusetts man has been assessed the largest fine from the state’s Department of Environmental Protection so far in 2021.
