A Middletown man convicted as a sexually violent predator in for assaulting a girl under 13 years old in 2017 has been accused of grooming and sexually assaulting two girls, ages 6 to 9, over a span of three years, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Tuesday, Dec. 17. Timothy Joseph Miller, 34, abused his victims at multiple residences in Cumberland, Franklin, and Dauphin counties, police detailed in the affidavit of probable cause.
