The Maryland Office of the Attorney General’s Securities Division is the latest to file a cease and desist order against a cryptocurrency account provider who allegedly violated state law. Nexo Group and its co-founder Antoni Trenchev violated the law “with the offer and sale of Nexo’s Earn Interest Product (EIP) accounts," Attorney General Brian Frosh and Attorneys General from seven other states said. About a month after 20 cats were rescued from devastating flooding in Kentucky, the MSPCA-Angell and Northeast Animal Shelter (NEAS) have welcomed another 26 cats to Massachusetts. The felines were displaced by flooding that started in July as local animal shelters struggled to house the sudden influx of animals. 20 Cats Rescued From Kentucky Looking For New Homes In Massachusetts
The MSCPA-Angell and Northeast Animal Shelter (NEAS) are once again opening their doors to dozens of animals in need. The organizations are trying to find homes for 20 cats who were recently displaced by deadly flooding in Kentucky, the MSPCA said. The cats, which range in age from three months to seven years, arrived at NEAS in Salem on Saturday, Aug. 6.
