A Bellingham man who was high on drugs when he crashed into three people last year in Boston, killing one, will spend at spend between four and five years in prison, authorities said. Kevin McCaffrey, 47, pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence of drugs and driving under the influence of drugs in the 2021 crash, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. A 51-year-old Boston man with a lengthy criminal history repeatedly sexually assaulted a patient at the Barbara McInnis House, which offers help and healthcare to unhoused people, authorities said.
