Police: DWI Warren County Man, 59, Charged In Route 57 Hit-And-Run Crash
A Warren County man had been drinking when he left the scene of a crash on Route 57, authorities said.
Jeffrey Fuchs, 59, fled east on Route 57 after crashing near Newburgh Road in Mansfield Township on Nov. 25 around 5:50 p.m., Hackettstown Police said.
Fuchs’ vehicle was later found at the River Star Diner in Hackettstown with damage to the front driver’s side and a passenger tire off the rim, police said.
During questioning, Fuchs was found to be intoxicated, and a bottle of vodka was located in the vehicle, authorities said.

A Warren County man was drunk when he crashed into a pickup truck parked on the side of the road early Sunday morning, authorities said.
Samuel Roff, 25, was driving a 2009 Kia on Arthur Terrace in Hackettstown and crashed into a 2010 Dodge Ram parked on the side of the the road just after 4:20 a.m., police said.
Roff, of Mansfield Township, was uninjured in the crash, and a follow-up investigation determined that he was intoxicated, authorities said.

A 26-year-old Warren County man accused of selling cocaine and other drugs was arrested following a month-long investigation, authorities said.
Jeramy Lepisko, 26, was arrested Sept. 24 after a search of his home on Allen Road in Mansfield Township turned up cocaine, mushrooms, morphine, Suboxone, OxyContin, Xanax and more than $9,000 in cash, Acting Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said Tuesday.
Lepisko’s 2006 Ford Fusion was also confiscated in the investigation, Pfeiffer said.

A Warren County woman contacted her boyfriend after she slammed into a tree, prompting him to arrive at the scene and remove the license plates from the vehicle before fleeing, authorities charged.
Amber R. Sagan, 21, of Great Meadows, crossed the center line when driving on Jackson Valley Road and slammed into a tree on Saturday, August 2, Mansfield Township police said in a release.
