Holiday Weekend Ends In 29 DUI Arrests In Lehigh Valley Area: State Police State troopers have released the results of their Memorial Day Holiday traffic enforcement initiative.  PSP's Troop M — which includes Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties — said they made 29 DUI arrests between Friday, May 24 and Monday, May 27. That's down from the same holiday weekend in 2023 when troopers made 31 DUI arrests, according to the data.  Of the 45 total crashes Troop M responded to over the long weekend, two were said to be alcohol-related.
