Nathan Santana, 22, remained held Thursday in the Bergen County Jail after a judge refused to release him during a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Monday following his arrest six days earlier. Santana has another hearing to petition for his release scheduled for this coming Tuesday, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said.
