A former Navy SEAL who had help from his wife killing a Virginia couple while on vacation in Ocean City, Maryland won't be getting parole, WTOP reports.
Benjamin Sifrit, 44, was denied parole in his first public hearing since being sentenced to 38 years for the 2002 slayings of Martha Crutchley, 51, and Joshua Ford, 32, the outlet said.
A jury cleared Sifrit, who had a swastika tattooed on his chest, of killing Ford, but Erika, 44, was convicted of both murders and is serving a life sentence plus 20 years.

A small aircraft was intercepted by a military fighter jet after it allegedly violated restricted airspace while President Joe Biden was at his Delaware home.
The Grumman AA-5 Tiger was flown from New York's Hudson Valley, in Middletown in Orange County, to Ocean City, Maryland on Saturday, May 15.

The truck driver charged with killing a Teaneck father and his four daughters last year in a Delaware crash plead guilty Wednesday.
Alvin Hubbard III, of Maryland, pleaded guilty to five counts of operation of a motor vehicle causing death, one count of vehicular assault second degree, and one count of vehicular assault third degree.
