Three teenagers, including two juveniles, face charges after holding scissors to a man's throat and stealing money from him in Rockland County, police said.
The incident happened Thursday evening, March 19, on South Main Street in Spring Valley, where officers responded to what was initially reported as a disturbance but was later determined to be a robbery, Spring Valley Police said on Tuesday, March 24.
