Windsor Man Hospitalized After Being Attacked By His Own Dog A Windsor man is recovering after being attacked by his own dog over the weekend. The incident happened Saturday afternoon, Jan. 10, at a River Street home in Windsor, police said. Officers were called to the home just after 4:30 p.m. for a report of a dog attacking a man. When they arrived, they found the man on the ground with a pit bull next to him.  Police said the man suffered numerous bite marks and lacerations across his body.
