Elias Marte, a fugitive wanted in three states, was arrested in Guttenberg following a traffic stop on Wednesday, July 26, police said.
On Wednesday evening, police conducted a traffic stop where they found the driver, who identified himself as Abimael Soto-Alicea, a native of Puerto Rico, in possession of a defaced prescription pill bottle, a clear baggie suspected to contain cocaine and a fraudulent Virginia temporary tag, officers said.

A Long Island man has been accused of trafficking cocaine after nearly 2.5 kilograms of the drug was allegedly found in his home, hidden inside boxes of children’s toys, authorities announced.
Elson Forestier, 34, of Freeport, was arraigned on Wednesday, July 12 for multiple charges related to the possession and distribution of cocaine, the Nassau County District Attorney announced.

MD Teen Gunned Down On Family Vacation In Puerto Rico, Suspect Surrenders: Police
A suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a Maryland teen in Puerto Rico has surrendered, police said.
Carlos Aníbal Rosado Martínez, 23, turned himself in Wednesday morning, July 5, according to the Commissioner of the Puerto Rico bureau of police.
Rosado Martinez is accused of killing Tommy Grays III in Isla Verde earlier that week, in an altercation on the beach, according to police and NBC Washington.
Tommy, of Olney, was a senior at Blake High School.
Rosado Martinez has been charged with murder, attempted murder and gun offenses.
