4-Month-Old Boy Found Dead At Area Home, Police Say Police are investigating after a 4-month boy was found dead at a home in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County in Monsey on Wednesday, Jan. 19, according to Det. Sgt. Michael Higgins, of the Ramapo Police.  When police responded they found the child unresponsive, Higgins said. "There were no signs of foul play or trauma," Higgins said.  Investigators are waiting for a cause of death from the medical examiner's office, but believe it may be medical.  An investigation is underway.  This is a developing story. Fast-Moving Fire Destroys Home, Vehicles In Hudson Valley Three residents were treated for smoke inhalation after a fast-moving fire destroyed their Hudson Valley home and two vehicles. The Rockland County fire started around 6:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, in the Town of Ramapo at 987 Haverstraw Road in the village of Wesley Hills. According to Det. Sgt. Michael Higgins, of the Ramapo Police, the family was able to escape the flames but were treated at an area hospital for smoke inhalation. Man Stabbed Multiple Times During Dispute In Hudson Valley Police have arrested a man for allegedly stabbing another man during a dispute in the Hudson Valley. The 22-year-old unidentified man was arrested by Ramapo police around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, in Rockland County in the village of Sloatsburg. According to the Ramapo Police, officers responded to a residence in Sloatsburg at 53 Laurel Road or a reported stabbing. Escaped Horse Killed After Being Hit By Car On Busy Area Roadway A horse was killed after being hit by a car after it escaped its corral by jumping a fence onto a busy area roadway.  The horse, which was killed on Route 202 in Rockland on Monday, July 26, lived on a farm in a more rural section of Ramapo, police said.  Ramapo Police Lt.
