I-684 Reopens After Crash Involving Dump Truck

The northbound lanes were closed between Route 35 (Exit 6) in Katonah and Route 22/Route 138 (Exit 6A) in Goldens Bridge, starting at around 9:30 a.m.

This story has been updated. Two crashes caused commuters and holiday travelers delays late Thursday afternoon into the evening. There were stop-and-go delays on northbound I-684 following a crash at Route 35 (Exit 6) in Katonah reported just before 4:30 p.m. Delays stretched back to Route 172 (Exit 4) in Bedford. An allegedly drunk driver attempted to leave the scene of an accident after being involved in a three-car crash near Route 35 in Northern Westchester, police said.
