The incident happened around 3:20 p.m. Monday, July 27 in Dutchess County just south of Mills Cross Road in Staatsburg. The South landfill site was selected because the town already owns the land and its conveniently close to Route 9, according to town documents. The park will provide areas for both large and small dogs, shade, and water stations, the Dog Park Task Force announced. Construction is expected to cost between $244,000 and $280,000. Piscataway Driver Killed In Garden State Parkway Woodbridge Crash A Piscataway man died after his car struck a disabled tractor-trailer while exiting the Garden State Parkway, police said. Emmanuel Emeana, 46, crashed into the back of the disabled truck parked on the shoulder off exit 129 in Woodbridge around 7 p.m. Saturday, New Jersey State Police said. Emeana was merging onto Route 9 when his southbound Lexus ES hit the disabled truck, police said. Emeana was pronounced dead at the scene and the truck driver was not injured, according to state police.
