Fallen Trees Force Major Route 9 Closure In Westchester Wind damaged trees falling across Route 9 has necessitated a major north-south road closing late Monday afternoon, Feb. 25. As of just before 4:30 p.m., Route 9 is closed from the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery’s main entrance to the Phelps Memorial Hospital entrance.
