4 Firefighters Injured In 2-Alarm Blaze At Newburgh Home
Four people, including firefighters, were hospitalized following an intense two-alarm fire that broke out at a home in Orange County, officials said.
The blaze started around 2:11 p.m. Monday, March 24, on the porch of a residence at 23 North Robinson Ave. in Newburgh, near the Newburgh City Court building, according to the City of Newburgh Fire Department.
When crews arrived, they found heavy flames at the rear of the building, with fire spreading to the first floor. A second alarm was struck just two minutes later, at 2:13 p.m.

The fire ignited around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, inside a two-story home in the 3800 block of Hebron Terrace in Abingdon, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
