Two men are accused of illegally possessing and transferring firearms while flaunting guns on social media are facing multiple felony charges, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Wednesday, May 13.
Kobe Artis, 24, and Dennis Brown, 34, were charged following an investigation by the Attorney General’s Philadelphia Gun Violence Task Force, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the FBI, according to the release.
