Body Of Chimney Rock Reservoir Drowning Victim Recovered, ID'd
The body of a 37-year-old man who jumped from a cliff at the Chimney Rock Reservoir was located Tuesday. Michael Woskey, of Somerville, jumped from a cliff at the reservoir and began struggling in the water around 3 p.m. Monday, Bridgewater police Lt. Tom Rice said. Witnesses called 9-1-1 after losing sight of him, bringing the Somerset County Dive team to the scene. A search launched Monday afternoon was called off around 9:15 p.m. due to darkness, and resumed at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Woskey's was located at approximately 1:40 p.m., with help from the New Jersey …

Feds: Somerset Man, 44, Flew To Philippines For Online-Planned Sex With Minors
A Somerset County man flew to the Philipines several times to have sex with four underage victims after arranging meetings online, said federal authorities who arrested him. James A. Diggs, 44, of Somerville, had his first appearance Wednesday before a U.S. magistrate judge on charges of online enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and foreign travel to engage in criminal sexual activity, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said. Two Englewood police officers and a prisoner were OK after their patrol cruiser struck a deer who darted onto Route 80 before dawn Sunday. A Bridgewater man was arrested last week after authorities said he tried to rob one bank and then hit a second bank just a few hours later.
