Richard Taubman, 71, and his 33-year-old son, Eric, were arraigned Thursday on more than 20 charges for the scheme dating to 2022, the Nassau County District Attorney’s office said.
Taubman, of Glen Head, had previously worked as an OBGYN and retired, but then opened a new non-surgical weight loss practice in Islandia in early 2022, prosecutors said.
