40-Year-Old Boston Man Arrested In Chinatown Rape: Police Police arrested a 40-year-old Boston and charged him with the rape of a woman in Chinatown over the weekend.  Edwin Ramirez was arrested on Sunday night, Aug. 14, in connection with a sexual assault that happened near Hudson Street just before 5 a.m., Boston police said.  A Suffolk County judge was set to arraign Ramirez Monday on charges of aggravated rape and robbery charges, police said.
