Two teens have been charged in connection to the fatal midday shooting of a 19-year-old Chillum man in Prince George's County earlier this year, authorities announced. Shortly after noon on April 10, officers were called to the 500 block of Chillum Road, where they found Carlos Hernandez-Ortiz suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Shortly after midnight on June 29, officers were called to the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court in Annandale, where there was a reported shooting in the area. A Maryland teenager was found shot to death outside of a Prince George's County home overnight, police say. Officers were called to the 900 block of Lake Overlook Drive in Bowie shortly after 6:30 p.m. on June 24, where there were reports of shots fired in the area with at least one victim down.
