Body Found In Norwich Park ID'd As 18-Year-Old Authorities say they have identified the body of a teenager found in a Connecticut park earlier this week.  Quincy Perez, 18, was found in Uncas Leap Heritage Park in Norwich around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18.  Norwich police have said they do not believe Perez died of any foul play and continue to stress there is no threat to the public.  Police, however, did not provide any details of Perez's death.
