All lanes have reopened after a crash involving an overturned vehicle blocked lanes of I-684, causing lengthy traffic delays.  The incident, which involved two tractor-trailers, was reported on Monday, April 10 around 2:10 p.m. northbound near Exit 4 (Route 172) in Bedford.  The overturned vehicle blocked two lanes of traffic for several hours. Tractor-Trailer Flips, Concrete Slab Closes I-195 Ramp A tractor-trailer overturned and dumped a large concrete slab onto Interstate 195 during the morning rush hour, authorities said. The crash occurred at 8:14 a.m. Tuesda-Feb. 14 on I-195 eastbound exit 28B to Roiute 9 in Howell Township, according to Sgt. Philip Curry, a New Jersey State Police spokesman.
