A 21-year-old Maryland EMT was killed in a violent crash on Interstate 81 in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, May 28. Joscelynne Pannone, of Baltimore, was driving an SUV southbound on I-81 near Exit 80 (Route 743/Grantville/Hershey) when she lost control on the wet roadway around 2:30 a.m., authorities said.
