A 28-year-old woman died in a fiery tractor-trailer crash early Saturday, Feb. 1 in Somerset County, authorities said. The North Plainfield resident had been driving a 2020 orange Dodge Charger died on impact in the crash with a 2008 black Volvo tractor-trailer, the driver of which was not injured, Somerset County Prosecutor John P. Hagerstown Police confirmed that Theresa Maria Poffenberger died after her SUV slammed into the back of a tractor-trailer at around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the intersection of Halfway Boulevard and I-81.
