Duo Caught Dumping Truckload Of Old Tires Near Retail Parking Lot In Trumbull Two men were apprehended after allegedly dumping a truckload of used vehicle tires near a local retail parking lot in Fairfield County. The men were caught in Trumbull around 8 p.m. Friday, May 19 in the area of Old Mine Park.  Jamel Bracy, age 25, of the Bronx, New York, and Jordan Malone, age 26, of Danbury, were charged with littering and discharge without a permit when they were stopped by officers several blocks away on Route 25, said Lt.
