A 49-year-old man has been charged with assaulting two members of Virginia Congressman Gerry Connolly's staff with a metal bat, sending them to the hospital Monday, May 15, authorities said.
Xuan Kha Tran Pham of Fairfax, entered the Congressman's office at 10680 Main St., Monday, May 15 around 10:50 a.m., and began assaulting the employees, according to the US Capitol Police.
