The child was struck the intersection of Glenola Drive and East Main Street/Route 23 in Upper Leacock Township at 6:36 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. They were transported to a hospital for treatment, but their condition has not been released. Their age remains unknown at this time. Police ID Middletown Man Found Dead Inside Burning Car In Crowell Police have identified the 67-year-old man who was found dead inside a burning vehicle over the weekend.  Roger Dailey, of Middletown, was located inside the vehicle at Riverport Park in Cromwell on Sunday, Feb. 16, police said.  Multiple people called 911 to report the blaze off River Road. Firefighters didn't find Dailey's body until they had put out the blaze, Cromwell police said.  It's unclear what sparked the blaze. The Office of Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the death accidental.
