A 19-year-old man has been convicted of fatally shooting a 51-year-old victim who was found dead inside his truck with a gunshot wound to the head in Westchester, prosecutors announced.
Ludvin Ramos-Cervantes, 19, of Yonkers, was convicted on Thursday, March 13 in the shooting death of 51-year-old Francisco Gordillo in February 2024, the Westchester County DA's Office said.
The incident occurred on Feb. 26, 2024, at around 4:45 a.m. Ramos-Cervantes had been a passenger in Gordillo’s vehicle, as he was driving him home after a night of drinking.
