The redevelopment of the site at the corner of Riverside and Kingsland avenues took another step forward as the Lyndhurst Planning Board was scheduled to memorialize a resolution for a proposed QuickChek at 530-540 Riverside Ave. during its June 3 meeting, as first reported by NorthJersey.com. A former New Jersey high school graduate who pleaded guilty in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot has been hired for a position at the Pentagon, according to published reports.
