Puppy Hit By Car In Norwalk Recovering After Having Leg Amputated NORWALK, Conn. -- Maryjane, a Chihuahua mix puppy who had to to have her leg amputated after being hit by a car, had a successful surgery and is recovering. The Norwalk-based Pet Animal Welfare Society announced that Maryjane is now on the road to recovery, thanks in part to donations received after they shared her story earlier this week.
