Taijon Cooper, 21, was charged with multiple narcotics violations, including possession of heroin with intent to sell and possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of public housing. Man Reports Mugging On Concord Street In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. -- A Norwalk man reported he was mugged by a group of unknown men near Columbus Magnet School on Monday evening, according to police.
