Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Boston Police Nab 17-Year-Old Boy Wanted In Georgia For Murder A Georgia fugitive wanted for murder was arrested in Boston this week, Boston Police said on Friday, Aug. 26. Officers assigned to the fugitive unit set up surveillance in the area of Talbot Avenue where they found the 17-year-old boy leave a building in the area. The officers then approached the teenager and arrested him after a brief foot chase, police said. He is expected to be charged with fugitive from justice based on his Georgia murder warrant and a single charge of resisting arrest.

Woman Struck, Killed By Car In Central Massachusetts Town: Police A woman has died after being struck by a car in central Massachusetts, authorities said. Police responded to the crash in the area of 709 Main Street in Sturbridge around 1:20 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, Sturbridge Police said on Facebook.  Upon arrival, officers found the woman unresponsive in the embankment in the woods.
