Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Mexican Nationals Caught Smuggling 15 Kilos Of Cocaine Into Massachusetts Two men from Mexico have been arrested for bringing 15 kilograms of cocaine into Massachusetts valued at more than $500,000 dollars, Massachusetts State Police said on Wednesday, Aug. 31.  Gerardo Madrigal Quintero, of Culiacan, Mexico, and Joel Enrique Armenta, of Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, were caught trying to bring the drugs into the state in a tractor-trailer, State Police said.  They were arrested after officers watched a them carry out a drug transaction at the Ludlow Service Plaza on the Mass Pike.
